WebMC Dynamic Forms Module

Forms are a necessary function of a web site. They allow you to gather valuable information whether it is a support request, magazine or email subscription request, or simply a site comment. The Dynamic forms module allows you to walk through and build a form for your site. (view screenshots )

• choose what fields you want on your form
• choose what filelds are required to fill in
• change the display order of the form fields on the form
• email form data to single or multiple destinations
• quick form stats (number of submissions)
• build / edit and preview a form

• members only : build site custom registration form
• members only : build custom login form
• members only : authenticate against registration form submissions
• members only and visitor registration : submissions automatically stored in database
• members only and visitor registration : download registration data stored in the database as an .XLS file
