Site History:
Site redesign; site updates were taking 8 weeks to be made. Outsourced content management was not reactive to time sensitive information. Conferences that were cancelled remained publicized on the website, creating confusion for visitors as well as for the Association.

Site Status:
The BOMA site is updated on a regular basis now. They are uploading and sharing photos with visitors, as well as collecting online registrations for events. BOMA has been using the WebMC for a year now, and have been very pleased with the tool.
